Monika Milz is director Communication at Rabobank Groep. In the past, she had several different positions at Rabobank. From 2004 until 2007, she was director MKB at Rabobank Nederland and from 2002 until 2004 she was director of Grootbedrijf Rabobank.

In addition to her position at Rabobank, she has several other positions. She is member of the board of the German-Dutch Chamber of Commerce, member of the supervisory board of the HvA/UvA and vice-president of the board of directors of the Amsterdam Institute of Finance.
